Please Note: In order to use the Arise Platform, the system and equipment policy, detailed on the downloadable PDF, must be met. This PDF details computer, headset, phone, Internet and equipment that is compatible with the Arise Platform.  Certain client programs may have additional requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details any additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in the PDF.

personalized Agent Portal

Arise is not currently open to new or returning business partners that reside within California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

Identification  Verification  Process

All contractors are required to provide an EIN & copy of your state ID for identification verification.

Create   Your  Profile: The Profile is where you enter your basic information, such as contact information. You can complete a Profile and the Admissions process by Clicking Here.

 

Who   Referred   You: Please enter CSP ID# 963992 as a reference.

 

Read   &   Sign: Read and sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names and details.

Join  the  Arise  Network: This is where you will have the opportunity to enter IBO ID# 68995 to join the About Face Communications, LLC. team. Once you enter this code you will click on the magnifying glass icon to submit your option. Once you have completed this step, please notify AFC via email. Your account will then be reviewed and if approved you will be able to move on to the next step.

Which  Independent  Contractor  type  should   I   choose?

Please review all options below to ensure the best fit for you.

You can register as a..

  • Individual   Sole   Proprietor  (Not   Recommended)

    • With this option, the business relationship is between you and Arise. You will be responsible for any and all legal issues, disputes, taxes, direct deposit, etc.

    • This eliminates About Face Communication's ability to assist on your behalf in any way.

    • You will no longer receive incentives or course vouchers for select client opportunities.

    • These options are only available to About Face Communication registered agents.

  • New  Call   Center  (Not   Recommended)

    • This option is for individuals who have an EIN and are looking to become a small business owner utilizing the Arise platform.

    • You will be responsible for any and all legal issues, disputes, taxes, direct deposit, etc.

    • This eliminates About Face Communication's ability to assist on your behalf in any way.

    • You will no longer receive incentives or course vouchers for select client opportunities.

    • These options are only available to About Face Communication registered agents.

  • Agent of Existing Call Center (Recommended)

    • About Face Communication recommends this option as we provide overhead protection. About Face Communication will dispute technical and service issues you encounter with Arise, their clients, or support teams. 

    • About Face Communication processed your 1099-MISC form each year, your direct deposit every 1st & 15th, and provide a buffer of representation between you, Arise and the client.

    • By registering as an agent with About Face Communication you may qualify to receive incentives and vouchers for free or reduced certification.

Read  &  Sign: Once more the system will prompt you to read and sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as a waiver to be placed in your file. Once you have completed this step, please notify us to finalize your application.

 

Select  a  Client   Program: You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies such as major telecommunications, tax support specialists, cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailers. After discussing the options with us as well as the revenue rate you can earn for each client opportunity, you will have the ability to select and enroll in the client opportunity that best fits your needs and skill set.

Please  Note: Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. All client certifications are at no charge to the contractor.

Background   Check: All Independent Business Owners (that would be us) and their agents (that means you) will be required to have a background check completed. Requirements regarding the impact of background checks may vary from project to project.

 

Please Note: Background checks for Arise clients are completed through a 3rd party and are $30 (valid for 3 years).

Once you submit all of your information required to complete the background check (this includes any forms they request such as the SS-89 form) please reach out to First Advantage directly to ensure all documents and information was received and confirmed as correct within 24 hours of submission.

 

This additional step will ensure you are not missing anything required to complete the background check which could result in declining your continuation into enrollment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your background check, please reach out to them directly at 1-866-439-7179.  

Certify  in  a  Client   Program: For each client program, you must complete the certification course where you will learn in detail about the client program, including the performance metrics and the client’s systems that you will use during servicing. This will be considered the training period where most of our clients will not offer revenue.

 

Execute  a  Contract:  You and Arise will execute a Statement of Work (SOW) for each client program you choose to service. You may only service 3 clients at one time, however, you are not authorized to train for more than one client at once. Once the Statement of Work (SOW) is signed, you will then be a proud member of the About Face Communication team and can begin to service and earn revenue.
