2021 Reschedule a Certification Course

 

You may be able to reschedule the class time of a certification course, depending on availability. You have up to 3 days from the start of the course to change time slots. Please note, once you've enrolled in a certification course, you cannot change to a different course or change your start date. Please note that certain client programs do not allow class time changes once fully enrolled.

To see if another time slot is available, log on the Arise Portal to select the client program and view the class times. The “reschedule class time” button will appear if there are additional classes with available seats. In the event the button does not appear, that would indicate the class is full or there are no other class options at that time.

For additional assistance, reach out to an Enrollment Specialist via AVA on the Arise Portal in the blue bubble at the bottom right of your dashboard. 
Enrollment Support Chat is available: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 12 AM (EST), except on Federal Holidays.

If the blue chat button is greyed out, Enrollment Support chat is unavailable.

2021 Refund Policy

 

No refunds will be provided after you have enrolled in a certification course.
Once enrolled, fees paid for a course cannot be transferred to cover the payment of another course.
No refunds will be provided if you are not able to complete certification or fail to certify.

* As of May 6th, 2020 some opportunities may require a background check to be initiated after the payment is made. If you do not pass the background check, your certification course fee will be refunded less an administrative fee to cover the cost of the background check paid to Arise & their partners - NOT AFC. Processing time is 10 to 14 business days.
